What is Helix?

An invitation only membership community and social club bringing together successful, interesting and exceptional individuals in a sophisticated social environment, that curates various private events and unique experiences for members and their guests to attend each month.

What are the events?

Private events are organized for members every month and include dinner parties, cocktail receptions, themed parties, poker tournaments, wine & scotch tastings and other curated experiences that take place in private event spaces, unique venues and other exclusive locations. You can view some of our upcoming events in the events section of our website.

Who are the members?

Members are highly successful, social and involved individuals, entrepreneurs and influencers from diverse backgrounds. All prospective members must be referred by an existing member in order to be invited to join and all applications for membership are reviewed by our membership committee prior to approval.

What is included in the membership?

Members have access to all Helix events and any food, drink or amenities provided at events is included for members and their guests.  From time to time you will also receive access to other events, complimentary services and benefits from partners. New benefits will be added regularly so be sure to check periodically for updates.

What does it cost to join?

Monthly Dues - currently being waived
(you will not be charged any monthly dues to join at this time)
Event Fees - varies per event, usually $100 - $250 per person
(you will only be charged for events for which you choose to RSVP)

What am I committing to if I join?

Membership dues are currently being waived, so you are only committing to pay the per person event fee for any events for which you choose to RSVP. The cost per person will be disclosed with the event details prior to each event. After submitting an application for membership, you will be able to RSVP for one of our upcoming events. Once your application is approved, you can RSVP for additional events.

What else is being planned?

In addition to what is already on the calendar, new events will be added every month and occasionally we will organize activities and excursions in the area and out of town that members will have the opportunity to participate in as well. The calendar is constantly being updated so be sure to check periodically for new events.

How do I RSVP for an event?

Once you have signed up for Helix, you can RSVP for an event by selecting "I'll be there" in the event details and clicking on the RSVP button for the event or sending an email to events@helixny.com.

How can I recommend a prospective member?

You can request that an invitation be sent to someone who you would like to be a part of the community by clicking on the link to refer a member or sending an email to membership@helixny.com.
